Bar/Floor Staff – Casa Del Fuego, Aberdeen
Casa Del Fuego is a bold, fiery new late-night cocktail bar and restaurant in the heart of Aberdeen city centre that brings the heat of Latin culture to life. We're building a vibrant team to deliver exceptional service and keep the energy high every night. As a brand-new venue, we're looking for enthusiastic Bar/Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who loves the buzz of nightlife, hospitality and Latin-inspired vibes.
You'll work on the floor and/or behind the bar, creating great guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Shifts will focus on evenings, late nights, weekends, and peak periods such as holidays and festivals. Flexibility is essential. Looking for part time Friday and Saturday nights team members.
Pay: National Minimum Wage plus tips.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver excellent customer service on the floor and at the bar – greet guests, take orders, serve drinks and food, and ensure everyone has a memorable night
.● Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venue (including bar, tables, and public areas).
● Work efficiently during busy periods – handle high-volume service with a positive, can-do attitude.
● Support the team with opening and closing duties, restocking, and general floor/bar operations
.●Upsell drinks, specials, and promotions to help drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
● Handle basic cash and card transactions accurately.
● Comply with all health & safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements (full training and support provided).
● Be a positive, energetic team player who helps create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
● Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is considered but not essential – we welcome enthusiastic beginners and will provide full training.
● Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
● Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, late-night environment.
● Flexible availability, especially for evenings, late nights, weekends and peak times.
