We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant, cafe and bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide menu information, including daily specials, and answer any guest inquiries.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Monitor food safety standards during service and assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, utilising basic maths skills as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation in line with hospitality industry standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to help others when needed.

Pay: £11.00-£12.82 per hour
