Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Lash Technician to join our beauty salon. Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications, lifts, and tinting treatments with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products related to lash enhancements
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing experience for clients from consultation through aftercare advice
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and maintained to industry standards
- Look the part, clean, respectful and professional
Skills
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions or beauty treatments (nice-to-have)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Fluency in English is essential for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- Organised with attention to detail to deliver precise results consistently
- Ability to work flexibly within a busy salon environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
