Job Description
Sammi Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking an accomplished Senior Management Consultant to lead complex consulting engagements that help organisations improve performance, navigate change, and achieve sustainable growth. You will advise executive stakeholders, oversee multidisciplinary project teams, and deliver strategic solutions that address operational, financial, and organisational challenges across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from discovery and analysis through implementation and post-project evaluation.
- Advise executive leadership on business strategy, operational transformation, organisational effectiveness, and performance improvement.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to exceptional quality standards.
- Mentor junior consultants by providing technical guidance, coaching, and professional development support.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals, client presentations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading high-value consulting projects and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; MBA or recognised consulting qualifications are highly desirable.

Pay: £68,000.00-£89,396.17 per year
