Job Title: AV Field Technician
Location: Northampton (with UK-wide travel)
Hours: Full Time
Salary: From £27,000
Essential Requirements
- Driving Credentials: Clean UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 3 years) with experience driving 3.5-ton Luton-type vehicles.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong IT, practical troubleshooting, and fault-finding skills (full AV training is provided).
- Physical Ability: Comfortable with heavy lifting, typically operating within a two-person team.
- Customer Facing: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Logistics: Good geographical knowledge of the UK and the ability to work on your own initiative.
The Role
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for technology to join our growing Northampton team. Working primarily in a two-person crew, you will be responsible for the safe transit, setup, maintenance, and repair of AV interactive panels for customers across the UK.
