About the Role
We are seeking experienced, reliable and hardworking Guttering & Downpipe Installers to join our growing team working on new-build housing developments across Evesham, Solihull, Kidderminster and Coventry.
Working on behalf of leading housebuilders including Vistry Group, Redrow Homes, David Wilson Homes, Bellway Homes and Taylor Wimpey, you will be responsible for the installation of guttering and rainwater systems to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with site specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install guttering, downpipes and associated rainwater goods on new-build residential properties.
- Read and work from site drawings and installation specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client requirements.
- Work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site procedures.Requirements
- Previous experience installing guttering and downpipe systems on residential construction projects.
- Ability to work at height safely and confidently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
- CSCS card required.
- Full UK driving licence required.
