ScaleUp Accounting Limited is a fast-growing UK-based accounting and bookkeeping firm serving small and medium-sized businesses across the United Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager who can build and execute a complete marketing strategy to help grow our client base.
This is not just a management role. We are looking for someone who can plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve marketing activities while working in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a complete marketing strategy for the UK market.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads for accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, tax, and advisory services.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing, outreach, and lead generation campaigns.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Improve website SEO and organic traffic.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Build referral partnerships with UK businesses and professional networks.
- Track marketing performance and provide weekly reports on leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
- Work directly with the Founder to achieve ambitious business growth targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing.
- Experience marketing an accounting, bookkeeping, tax, financial services, or other B2B professional services firm is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to UK businesses.
- Knowledge of the UK accounting or financial services sector.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Ability to create marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
