The Role
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant / Caseworker to work with us on a hybrid, self-employed basis.
Responsibilities include:
Bringing and managing your own immigration clients.
Conducting client consultations and assessing eligibility.
Preparing and submitting immigration applications and appeals.
Drafting representations, statements and supporting documents.
Reviewing evidence and maintaining accurate case records.
Managing deadlines and keeping clients updated.
Keeping up to date with UK immigration law, policy and Home Office guidance.
Liaising with the Home Office and other relevant authorities where required.
Requirements
Experience in UK immigration casework.
Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong drafting, organisational and case management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
Professional, commercially minded and client-focused approach.
Relevant legal or immigration qualification is desirable.
Working Arrangement
Self-employed | Hybrid | UK-based
The role involves a combination of remote working and attendance at the office for meetings, team meetings and other business requirements.
Candidates must be UK-based and able to bring their own clients.
Fee-sharing arrangements will be discussed with suitable candidates.
Pay: £25,420.00-£63,399.93 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wales
