Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee patient care services within our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading nursing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards. Duties
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of compassionate, safe, and effective patient care.
- Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop personalised care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as necessary, and document all clinical activities accurately.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior nurses, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and legal requirements.
- Liaise with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, with strong leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high standards of patient care with compassion and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of liaising confidently with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining clinical competence.

Pay: £40,981.17-£50,000.00 per year
