Job Summary
We're a new agency expanding internationally, building multilingual sales teams across several countries. We're hiring Appointment Setters to help us grow.
Your role:
You'll get a list of local business numbers to call, a script, and qualifying questions. Your job is to pitch, qualify interest, and book a meeting with our closer. That's it — you're not selling or closing, just opening the door.
Pay:
This role is commission-based — £15 (or the equivalent in your local currency) for every qualified meeting you book that's actually held (no-shows don't count). There's no base salary. Payouts are tracked as you earn them, but paid out once a month, at the end of the month. The pay figure shown reflects realistic active performance, not a fixed wage.
Hours:
Fully remote and self-paced — work whenever suits you, as long as it realistically overlaps with the market you'd be calling.
