Location: Chichester
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
Who are we?
We're not your average pizza company.
We serve hand-stretched sourdough pizzas using regenerative Wildfarmed flour (aka the good stuff), bringing great food, good vibes and community together. What started as a one-person operation has grown quickly into a thriving business, and we're only just getting started.
We're building something special and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.
Who are we looking for?
This role is ideal for someone with previous food preparation experience who takes pride in producing quality food and enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Experience with pizza dough preparation, stretching and cooking would be a huge advantage, but isn't essential. If you've got solid kitchen experience, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'll teach the rest.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about food, works well with others and brings good energy to the team.
And yes, a sense of humour is still mandatory. No kitchen divas here.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring mise en place is ready for service
- Stretching, topping and cooking pizzas to our specifications
- Assisting with dough preparation and dough management
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Supporting setup, service and pack down
- Working alongside the team to deliver consistently great food and service
- Helping us improve and evolve as we continue to grow

- Experience working with pizza ovens
- Experience in a pizzeria or similar food-led environment
When you'll be working
- Primarily evening shifts
- Daytime and weekend shifts
- Additional hours available during events and peak trading periods
What you'll get
- Starting at minimum wage (we're not hiding it) but for the right person we'll consider increasing that - we value people who provide us value!
- + Tips!
- Training and development opportunities
- The chance to play a key role in a growing independent business
- Real opportunities for progression as we expand
- Free pizza (obviously)
If you're passionate about food, keen to learn and want to be part of a business with big ambitions, we'd love to hear from you.
