OFFICE LOCATION: Bradford, Albion Mills. Please note that this is the office location only.
Carers are expected to have access to their own vehicle and a Full driving licence.
JOB DESCRIPTION: includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Promote nutrition, personal care and self management to achieve a maximum level of independence, which may include:
- Providing assistance with feeding, washing/bathing, dressing and continence care.
- Provision of emotional support, and support to increase clients' confidence and motivation.
- Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- To work in partnership with all members of the team.
