We have a vacancy for an account executive to join our insurance broking team, exclusively working from home, arranging insurance for SME and personal lines clients.
Reflecting the niche nature of our customers we offer a range of insurance products for camping, glamping businesses in the UK tourism sector. And a range of Home, Buy to Let and commercial property insurances.
You will be joining a team focused on delivering excellent service to our clients with the opportunity to participate in a quarterly incentive plan.
Duties
Handling incoming calls and enquiries from new and existing customers
Dealing with new business requests, preparing quotations, mid-term adjustments and renewal preparation
Delivering excellent customer service to customers
Ensuring customer interactions are dealt with in a friendly, professional and timely manner
Management of client relationships across a range of products
Skills
Previous telephone based insurance sales experience ideally at an insurance broker
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
Previous account management experience
Computer literate
Good attention to detail
Experience of the Open GI insurance system would be an advantage but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £27,500.00 per year
