About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established children’s residential home in Leicester. This is a high‑impact leadership role within a stable, well‑supported service that already has strong foundations, a committed staff team, and a clear therapeutic approach.
You will take full responsibility for the home’s performance, culture, compliance, and outcomes, ensuring children receive exceptional, trauma‑informed care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an existing home in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Strengthen and develop an established staff team
- Maintain and enhance a safe, nurturing, child‑centred environment
- Drive quality, compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and service development
- Ensure strong outcomes and positive experiences for children
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Registered Manager, or
- Exceptional Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted frameworks
- Proven ability to lead teams and embed high‑quality practice
- A resilient, child‑centred, values‑driven approach
