We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Lead; someone who will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are managed in a first-class manner, from enquiry to delivery. Someone who can inspire and lead a team, motivating and driving them to deliver consistent, exceptional service that our customers love, rave about, and we’re known for.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: at least 4 years commercial print experience
- Driven: an unquenchable passion for providing exceptional customer service
- A leader: the moves, skills and know-how to motivate and inspire the team
- An excellent communicator: vocally or written, able to make it understood and happen
- Able to think creatively: from on the feet reactionary, to solving problems and delivering resolutions
- Unflappable in the face of adversity: the one who steadies the ship and steers a steady course
- Organised: planned, structured, prepared and able to deal with any challenge
- Proficient: Microsoft Office essential and experience in CRM and/or job management software a distinct advantage
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of customer service representatives
- Ensuring that all customers receive the highest levels of support and satisfaction
- Being the first (and last) point of contact for customer escalations
- Developing and implementing customer service improvement strategies
- Liaising with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Developing and analysing customer service metrics and reports
