Key Department Experience:
Customer Service & Tenancy Progression
The Customer Service and Tenancy Progression teams deliver an exceptional tenant experience from contracting through to check-out. You’ll assist tenants with documentation, right-to-rent checks, tenancy support, and move-in coordination — ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and in line with brand standards.
Sales
Our Sales team are the first point of contact for students searching for their next home. You’ll help manage enquiries, conduct property viewings, and guide students through the booking process. This role offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, negotiation, and achieving letting targets while maintaining excellent service levels.
Compliance
The Compliance team ensures Student Cribs operates in full accordance with property regulations. You’ll learn about property certification, safety requirements, and legal documentation essential for letting properties. This experience builds a strong understanding of the standards and governance behind large-scale property management.
Maintenance Coordination
Responsible for delivering safe, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation, the Maintenance team schedules and manages repairs and inspections across our UK portfolio. You’ll help coordinate internal operatives and external contractors, communicate with tenants via our custom-built Tenant Portal, and monitor timely completion of works.
