Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated E-Bike Assembly Technician to join our growing production team. As we expand into manufacturing our own range of electric bikes, you will play an important role in assembling high-quality e-bikes to company standards.
Previous experience assembling e-bikes is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, experience using hand tools, and a willingness to learn.
Duties
- Assemble electric bicycles on the production line according to company procedures.
- Install and fit mechanical and electrical components, including motors, batteries, wiring, brakes, drivetrains, and accessories.
- Carry out quality control checks throughout the assembly process.
- Perform electrical diagnostics and basic fault-finding where required.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialist workshop equipment safely and correctly.
- Report defects or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Assist with stock movement, goods handling, and general warehouse duties when required.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Follow all company health and safety policies.
Training
Full training will be provided on:

- Quality control standards
- Electrical systems and diagnostics
- Health and safety procedures
Essential Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing at least 35 kg.
- Previous warehouse or production environment experience.
- Confident using hand tools and power tools.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and practical skills.
- Electrical diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
Desirable Skills
- Experience assembling bicycles, e-bikes, motorcycles, scooters, or similar mechanical products.
- Experience with lithium battery systems.
- Knowledge of torque settings and quality inspection processes.
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
- Driving licence (advantageous but not essential).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 35 kg safely.
- Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Good manual dexterity.
Pay: From £29,500.00 per year
