The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Executive to join our Client Relationships team to support the growth in the Business. We are looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused individual who can help maintain effective day-to-day engagement with insurance, fleet and commercial clients, while ensuring that agreed actions, client updates and service information are coordinated accurately and followed through consistently.
Working closely with Client Relationship Managers, the Service Delivery Team, Operations colleagues, franchisees and wider internal stakeholders, you will support client communication, performance reporting, issue tracking and relationship administration. You will play a key part in helping clients receive responsive, accurate and professional support from Fix Auto UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Supporting day-to-day communication with allocated clients, ensuring queries and requests are acknowledged and progressed appropriately.
· Assisting with the preparation and coordination of client meetings, reviews, updates and action trackers.
· Maintaining accurate client records, contact details, review notes, agreed actions and commitments.
· Preparing, updating and distributing client performance reports, meeting packs and client information where required.
· Monitoring agreed client actions and supporting timely follow-up with internal teams, franchisees and stakeholders.
· Helping to coordinate client service issues by ensuring concerns are logged, tracked and progressed through the appropriate channels.
· Liaising with Service Delivery, Operations, Regional Business Managers and franchisees to obtain updates and support resolution activity.
· Representing Fix Auto UK positively and professionally in all client, colleague and group interactions.
About You
· Experience in client support, customer service, account coordination, administration, claims, insurance, fleet, automotive, accident repair or another stakeholder-facing service environment.
· Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to follow up actions and escalate concerns appropriately.
· Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems to maintain records, track activity and support reporting.
· The ability to build positive working relationships with clients, internal colleagues, franchisees and operational teams.
· A professional, collaborative and accountable approach that reflects Fix Auto UK’s commitment to high standards and service excellence.
