We are exited to be growing our team of Educators within our newest nursery based in Holybourne.
The Role
We are recruiting full-time and part-time Early Years Educators who are enthusiastic about making a positive difference in children’s early learning experiences.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with supportive colleagues to plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities, nurture curiosity, and help children develop strong foundations for their future learning and wellbeing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel happy, confident, and inspired
- Planning exciting, play-based learning experiences tailored to individual needs and interests
- Supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS framework
- Building warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Working collaboratively with the team to share ideas, creativity, and joy each day
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- A positive, enthusiastic team player with a nurturing approach
- A creative thinker who enjoys sparking children’s imagination
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a genuine passion for child development
