Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Sales Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support as required
- Working with customer to calculate sheet requirements and scale from drawings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM software
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Provide quotations to customers based on verbal or written technical specifications
- Liaise with our transport team and suppliers regarding planned delivery dates and keep customers informed of the progress of the orders.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in cladding sales or a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems (e.g., Outlook, Sage) is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong IT skills required and a knowledge of computer hardware would be preferred but not essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong sales skills and problem-solving abilities
