We are a family run Arable and Poultry Farming company looking for the right candidate to assist on our Broiler chicken unit as well as arable farm operations.

Job description: Assisting the team with the following duties.
- Working in the poultry houses performing all associated tasks from chick placement through to end of crop turnaround.
- Operating and monitoring the ventilation, heating, feeding, watering and lighting systems.
- Ensuring high bird welfare and site bio security at all times.
- Crop establishment through to harvesting operations using up to date methods and machines.
- Operating modern tractors and equipment to complete accurate and efficient arable field applications.
- Machine and equipement maintenace and general farm repairs.
- 39 hours plus some weekend hrs and overtime.
Candidate requirements:
Essential
- Hard working positive attitude.
- Work consistently with attention to detail.
- The ability to work well within a team and alone.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Driving licence.
Optional
- Telehandler and spraying tickets would be helpful but not essential.
- In house specific skill training will be available.

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
