Key responsibilities of the role:
- Answering phone calls and emails from Travel Advisors to create bespoke experiences.
- Receiving warm inbound leads and upselling/cross selling high end travel experiences.
- Booking the components of a travel itinerary.
- Sending follow up communications on active bookings by email.
- Providing exceptional external and internal Customer Service and Sales support.

- You develop long standing relationships, building referral and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Have a proven history of successfully meeting targets including upselling within a fast-paced Contact Centre environment.
- Be passionate about building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Possess the drive to deliver and enhance the end-to-end Customer Experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Exhibit a professional, positive, upbeat and friendly personality who works as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
OTE for this position is £32,500 - £46,600 by the end of year 2

Schedule:
- A rush hour avoiding shift pattern that supports our international customers of Monday – Friday, 1:30pm – 10pm.
Experience:
- Travel: 2 years / Sales or Customer service: 3 years
- Microsoft Office: 1 year
