We are looking for an enthusiast person to join our small family run Kitchen Manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience. The successful candidate must have factory experience and managing a small team. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and great work ethic. It is desirable you have experience either in the kitchen cabinet manufacturing industry or in a wood workshop.
We are continuing to grow with an established team and are now looking for a team member to assist both the Factory Manager and a small experienced team. Tasks will vary and you'll be expected to be adaptable and able to work as a team, on your own and listen to instructions.
To be successful as the Factory Supervisor you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy across all roles within the business. An outstanding production supervisor should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality in every setting.
Production Supervisor Requirements:
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Require - able to read a tape measure & use of a drill.
- Essential - reliability, someone who consistently turns up to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Good math skills.
- Desired experience in a wood workshop
- Physical dexterity.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am - 1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£15.50 per hour
