We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cylch Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support the delivery of engaging educational and developmental activities tailored for children and young adults, including those with special needs. Responsibilities
- Support the Leader/Manager to ensure provision and service of the highest standard by developing actives and facilities to their full potential
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that cater to diverse needs, including those with special education requirements
- Support children and young adults during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and engagement at all times
- Support the aim of creating a Welsh language and cultural ethos within the provision, implementing the immersion methodology.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to implement individualized support plans
- Foster an inclusive environment by promoting positive social interactions and encouraging participation
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and team members to ensure clarity of goals and progress
- Support the setup and organization of learning materials, resources, and activity spaces
- Recognised early years experience and qualifications is required at at least Level 3 in care for children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of learners and team members
- Demonstrated ability to be patient, empathetic, and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Experience supporting individuals with special needs will be considered an asset

Pay: £13.00-£13.75 per hour
