We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our busy front of house Team.

Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Support bar service with knowledge of drinks menu if applicable
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Assist in setting up events or special functions as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Experience working in a restaurant or similar environment is desirable
- Barista experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests
- Familiarity with food preparation and presentation techniques is beneficial
