London hybrid · Full-time
We make the digital products that get major infrastructure built safely. Animation, interactive models, 4D sequences, procedures people actually follow. Tunnelling, heavy civil, transport, some of the largest programmes in the world.
This is the role where you learn how all of it gets made.
The job
Keep productions moving. Build and hold the schedule, chase the things that are late, take the notes and turn them into actions people can do. Sit between the client and the artists and make sure each one understands what the other actually said. Check work against the brief before it goes out and catch the problems early. Keep the budget tracked and tell someone the moment it looks wrong.
It is hands-on and it is detailed. Done well, it is also the fastest way to learn this industry from the inside.
What you need
One to three years coordinating projects, productions or operations. Studio, agency, film, games, events, construction, it does not matter which.
Properly organised. You track things without being asked twice, and nothing quietly disappears.
You write and speak clearly. You can tell a client where a job is up to without waffle.
You bring solutions with the problem, not just the problem.
AI fluent, and this one is not optional. You already use it daily to schedule, summarise, draft and check. At this level it is most of your leverage.
Comfortable when things are not fully defined yet. We are scaling and not every process exists.
Helps, not essential
Interest in the built world, construction or architecture. Any exposure to Unreal Engine, 3D or animation pipelines. Asana, Monday, Linear or similar.
The setup
Small company, short lines, no committees to get past. London-weighted hybrid with visits to sites and client offices.
You will be close to the senior work from week one, which is unusual at this level and is the main reason to take the job.
We are hiring several people over the next few months, so apply even if the fit is not exact.
