We're looking for an experienced, motivated and clinically confident Senior Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
The Role
As a self-employed Senior Massage Therapist, you will:
- Deliver advanced, high-quality therapeutic massage treatments
- Conduct detailed consultations, assessments and personalised treatment planning
- Manage your own clinical diary and client base
- Work collaboratively within integrated MSK care plans alongside our clinical team, including Dr Sadiya
- Provide expert aftercare advice, including posture, stress management and lifestyle recommendations
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and professional records
- Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to the highest professional standards
Core Treatment Skills
We are looking for a therapist experienced in:
✔ Swedish Massage
✔ Deep Tissue Massage
✔ Sports Massage
✔ Pregnancy Massage (Antenatal & Postnatal)
✔ C-Section Recovery Massage
✔ Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Desirable Additional Skills
⭐ Hot Stone Massage
⭐ Aromatherapy Massage
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 4 Massage qualification (minimum)
- Significant clinical experience across multiple massage modalities
- Full professional insurance and compliance with UK practice requirements
- Excellent hands-on treatment skills
- Proven ability to build, manage and retain their own client base
- An existing client base (highly desirable)
- Outstanding communication and patient care skills
- A professional, reliable and self-motivated approach
- Confidence working within a multidisciplinary musculoskeletal healthcare environment
