Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Temp to Permanent Cleaner to join our team for evening shifts from 5pm to 10pm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your cleaning expertise and potentially transition into a permanent position. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across commercial spaces. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a tidy workspace during and after cleaning tasks
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Reliable punctuality and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or completing shift documentation
