About Our Home
You'll be supporting up to four children aged 7–17 in a warm, therapeutic home.
Every child has experienced trauma.
Every child deserves another chance.

Your Role
As a Residential Youth Worker, you'll:
- Build positive, trusting relationships with young people.
- Support children through both everyday routines and difficult moments.
- Provide safe, nurturing and therapeutic care.
- Encourage education, hobbies and personal development.
- Help children develop independence and life skills.
- Work as part of a supportive team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
- Create positive experiences, routines and memories that every child deserves.
- Complete daily records and contribute to care planning.

To join our team you'll need:
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
- The ability to work a shift pattern, including sleep-in shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- The right to work in the UK.
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential. We provide full training and support, so you do not need a formal childcare qualification to apply.
