We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our operations team. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate stock handling, safe movement of goods, and timely dispatch of orders. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store incoming goods according to company procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with full accuracy.
- Complete all warehouse paperwork and digital records correctly and on time.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet trucks, forklifts if trained).
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all health, safety, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Report any damaged stock, discrepancies, or procedural issues immediately.
- Support stock counts and inventory checks as required.
- Work collaboratively with production, QA, and logistics teams.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic computer skills for recording stock movements.
- Forklift licence desirable

There will be pay increase +£0.50 per hour after successful completion of probation period
