We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our latest LTA registered club, Padel4all Bedford, to success. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our operations. This broad-based position also involves ensuring the smooth running of the club and delivering exceptional experiences for all players and guests.

As a Padel4all employee, you will be the friendly face welcoming all our players and members to the centre. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask and fantastic attention to detail.
You will have previous experience of leading and developing racket sports within a club environment and enabling participation across various levels.
Job Description:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the Centre, its success and all that it entails, including but not limited to;
- Responsible for ensuring the facilities have effective day-to-day operational management.
- Responsible and accountable for the strategic management of the club.
- Maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety and ensure all policies and procedures are adopted.
- Create and deliver a programme of sessions and events to facilitate players of all abilities.
- Drive court sales through an innovative approach. Deliver excellent standards and service that meet both the customers' needs, and exceeds the targets set in the objectives for the club.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including internal personnel, local community groups, schools and outreach projects to ensure the programme and sales continue to grow and improve.
- Inspire and develop a high performing team.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service, consistently going above and beyond to deliver.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, P&L and drive club performance.
- Develop valuable local partnerships, enhance brand awareness and boost revenue.
- Act as a mentor and leader for all centre team members and provide a Continuous Professional Development training matrix which meets the needs of the business.
- A flexible approach to working hours to include evenings and weekends.
What we are looking for:
An independent and social problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives, build trust and communicate effectively to a diverse group of stakeholders.
In addition to this we believe the right person has the following qualifications and experience:
- A talented, experienced and highly engaged Facility/Club Manager.
- A strategic and commercial growth mindset.
- Proven experience of developing high performing teams and able to balance strong people skills whilst positively impacting the commercial results.
- Tenacity, high integrity and accountability with a desire to do the right thing to a high standard are a must.
- A proven track record in delivering financial and operational performance in a single site club.
- A true passion for padel and racket sports, with coaching qualifications and experience being advantageous.
- Exceptional time management skills.
