This isn't a desk-bound micromanagement role—you'll be right out there on the front line, supporting our campaigns, mentoring team members, and helping us hit our goals. We're looking for someone with natural leadership potential who wants to take charge, inspire others, and grow their career in a hands-on environment.

- Helping coordinate day-to-day campaign operations and keeping momentum high.
- Representing our brand professionally and setting a high standard for the rest of the team.
- Working closely with senior management to track performance, review strategies, and plan ahead.
- Getting stuck into recruitment, team building, and business operations as you grow into the role.
Your Progression Path
We’re big on promoting from within and rewarding results:
- Month 1-3 (Hands-On Leadership): Learn our campaigns inside and out, build rapport with the team, and start taking on coaching responsibilities.
- Month 4-12 (Stepping Up): Take full ownership of daily team performance, help run workshops, and assist with onboarding new starters.
- Longer Term (Management): Move up into senior management roles, overseeing larger projects and core business operations.
What's in It for You?
- A competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus scheme so your impact is rewarded.
- Ongoing leadership training and 1-on-1 mentorship from experienced managers.
- A clear, transparent path for career progression.
- A great company culture with regular socials, team events, and performance perks.

- A strong work ethic: You lead by example, are self-motivated, and actually want to hit targets.
