Experienced Site Plumber / Plumbing Subcontractor

Pay:
Subcontract: £21 – £25 per hour
Employed: £30,000 – £35,000 (for the right applicant)
+ Mileage

About the Role
CCW Plumbing & Heating Ltd are looking for an experienced Site Plumber to join our growing team. We have multiple new build developments starting across Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham and the Cotswolds, and we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
This role will initially be offered on a subcontract basis, with the potential to move into a full-time employed position for the right person.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' plumbing experience
- New build site experience essential
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating preferred
- Own van and tools
- Full UK driving licence
- CIS registered with a valid CSCS card
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- High standard of workmanship with a genuine pride in quality
- Local to Redditch, Bromsgrove or nearby
Work Includes
- First and second fix plumbing
- New build housing developments
- Domestic plumbing and heating installations
- Unvented cylinders
- Air source heat pump installations (beneficial but not essential)
