Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team working Mon - Friday from 0900 to 1400. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in administrative functions to contribute to a professional and dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Booking orders in and out using our ERP system.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office,
- Prepare correspondence, reports as required
- Support financial administration including invoicing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support team members with administrative projects to enhance overall efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent data entry accuracy
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping practices

Pay: £13.50 per hour
