Role: Countryside Adventure – Team Members

Responsible for: Creating an amazing day out for our Farm Park customers
Reportable to: Farm Park Manager
Are you energetic, friendly, and ready for an unforgettable season of fun? Countryside Adventure at Over Farm is looking for enthusiastic seasonal team members to help us create magical experiences for our visitors!
Countryside Adventure is a vibrant, family-focused attraction packed with all the fun of the farm- outdoor activities, seasonal events, and memorable moments. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a lively countryside setting - and that’s where you come in!
Job Purpose and Scope
- Welcome and engage visitors with a big smile
- Support activities and attractions across the site
- Help create a safe, fun, and memorable environment
- Assist with general site duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity

- Weekend and holiday availability essential
Experience in customer service or events is a bonus, but enthusiasm and energy are what matter most!

Hours: We are open every weekend and school holidays.
We need people available to start from 30th March 2026.
As we are entering our peak, we will have work available across weekends, Easter, half-terms, Summer and of course, our biggest event of the year- Halloween!
