Office Administrator
Supply2Location Ltd are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.
We are a leading supplier for the film and television industry, providing hire equipment within film studios as well as on remote film locations worldwide.
We are seeking a pro-active and conscientious individual to join our small team based in Glasgow. The main focus of the role will be to manage administrate tasks, facilities and communications.
Our clients include Disney, Netflix, Universal Films, Paramount, and The BBC etc.
Duties of an Office Administrator:
· Supply 2 Location sales, distribution & stock control
· Assist with the processing of Supply 2 Location sales invoices
. Working with the purchase ledger controller maintain adjustments to Insphire records for updated cost and sales prices
- Collation of timesheets and submission on weekly basis to group Finance team
- Collation of Driver paperwork and where necessary submission to Glasgow branch daily
· Assist Reginal Director to collate all relevant vehicle maintenance / servicing control
· File all vehicles check sheets, log damages, arrange servicing, review insurance and where necessary ensure onward submission to Group HO
About you:
- Experience of working within the film and television industry or for a hire/supply company would be beneficial however is not essential.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with databases and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5:30pm
