Hub Operations & Communications Officer Term Time Only
Supporting operational excellence across seven London boroughs
Working alongside the Hub Lead and Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of one of England's Early Years Stronger Practice Hubs.
You'll coordinate communications, marketing, events, administration, websites, data reporting and operational systems, ensuring the Hub delivers an outstanding experience for early years providers, partners and families.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Coordinate Hub communications and marketing
- Manage and maintain the Hub website
- Produce newsletters, digital campaigns and social media
- Coordinate conferences, webinars and professional development events
- Support recruitment and Expressions of Interest
- Manage provider enquiries and registrations
- Coordinate Management Information (MI) returns
- Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports
- Maintain Hub databases and digital systems
- Support grant administration and financial processes
- Ensure GDPR compliant record management
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Hub team

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
