Callaway Care and Support are opening a brand-new supported living service – a second floor two-bedroom flat and are looking for Support Workers to join the team.
This is an opportunity to be part of a service where structure, consistency, and teamwork matter, and where you can genuinely make a difference to the people you support.
The Service
Hawarden Hill is a supported living service supporting 2 adults with learning disabilities and autism, some of whom have complex needs and behaviours that require clear, consistent support and strong staff boundaries.
Hawarden Hill in Dollis Hill / Neasden sits in a well-connected pocket of Northwest London. The location balances immediate access to large green parks with everyday retail and transport options.
The service provides 24-hour waking support and is based in a well-connected area, close to local shops, transport, and community spaces. The people we support are encouraged to access their local community, build routines, and develop independence at their own pace.
This is a service where consistency is key. The people living here benefit from staff who are calm, reliable, and able to follow guidance and routines properly. Where this is done well, individuals can feel safe, settled, and more independent in their day-to-day lives.
