Duties
- Provide professional hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, offering expert advice, and building lasting relationships
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills in hairstyling, customer care, and salon operations
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client experience and salon revenue
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in store management or salon leadership roles within the beauty industry
- Skilled in barbering techniques along with comprehensive hairstyling expertise
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services and retail products confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Ability to mentor others while maintaining a positive team environment
