As a Café Assistant, you’ll work closely with our team to deliver high-quality food and beverage service. Your main focus will be on supporting the food preparation and service side of the café, but flexibility to assist in other areas (like customer service and coffee making) will be appreciated.
If you show potential and initiative, you’ll have the chance to receive additional training and take on more responsibility, particularly in the kitchen and food section.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Willingness to be train in different areas
- Flexible with shifts and scheduling (including weekends)
- Good time management and communication skills
Note: Experience in coffee preparation or as a barista is a plus, but not required. The main need is for someone reliable and trainable.
