Job Description
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing B2B customers within an assigned territory. The role involves regular face-to-face client visits, presenting products and services, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
- Conduct daily face-to-face visits with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Attend trade shows and networking events when required.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to manage a sales territory independently.
- Experience using CRM systems.

Pay: £28,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
