About the role
As one of the senior members of the kitchen team, the Kitchen Supervisor will work closely with the Executive Chef to help lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. The role requires a strong understanding of the business, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to identify potential issues before they impact service.
The successful candidate will play an important role in training and supporting junior team members, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring all food production is carried out efficiently within a safe, clean and well-maintained environment.

What we're looking for
Essential
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Strong understanding of kitchen compliance and due diligence.
- Passion for quality food and fresh ingredients.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with fresh dough and pizza concepts.
- Experience supervising or mentoring kitchen teams.
- Experience contributing to menu development.
