From vehicle graphics and shopfront signage to large-scale developments, displays and bespoke projects, we design, manufacture and install a wide range of signage while providing exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the process.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Guildford.
The Role
This is primarily an office-based role in Guildford; however, travel to client sites will be required for meetings, site surveys and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and estimates for signage projects
- Manage projects from enquiry through to installation and completion
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, production teams and installation teams
- Attend client meetings and site visits as required
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare and check artwork for production where required
- Provide regular updates and maintain excellent client relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Support the smooth running of multiple projects simultaneously
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within the signage or print industry is essential
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator) is essential
- Experience preparing estimates and quotations is desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence is required
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
