Job Summary:
The Kitchen porter needs to be a proactive, motivated and someone who looks for solutions, whilst providing warm, gracious hospitality.
They need to show the confidence and necessary experience to help the kitchen team deliver a high level dinning experience.
We are looking for someone with experience in a busy restaurant kitchen and who has a good understanding of the expectations of the kitchen environment.
Duties:
- Maintaining hygiene and order in the kitchen
- Ensuring cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and utensils
- Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen surfaces, cleaning pots and pans
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking as needed
To be accountable to yourself and the team
