With the take over of the Business and new Directors, we at Pathfinder Homes are growing and now looking to take on Boarders / Dry liners.
PAYE & Sub-contractors base.
We are seeking a number of skilled and detail-oriented Boarders / Dry liners to join our team.
The candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure all work is completed to client specifications and company standards.
- Interpret technical drawings, and specifications. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
- Identify and resolve surface imperfections before painting.
- Ensuring quality standards are achieved and accountability for signing QC books.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in Boarding & jointing techniques, including preparation, application, and finishing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Experience / Certification
Pay: £15.00-£22.00 per hour
