We are an established independent automotive paint supplier seeking an experienced Customer Service & Automotive Paint Mixer to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience in automotive paint mixing who enjoys providing excellent customer service and is confident using computer systems in a busy retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix automotive paint accurately using computerized tinting and colour-matching systems.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and outstanding customer service to trade and retail customers.
- Prepare quotes, process daily invoices, and manage customer orders.
- Operate point-of-sale and computer-based inventory systems.
- Receive and replenish stock.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience mixing automotive paint.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with daily invoicing and processing customer orders.
- Confident using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver’s licence preferred.
