We are currently recruiting for Fireproofers to join the Powertherm team. You will be responsible for the installation and application of passive fire protection systems, including intumescent coatings, ensuring all work meets strict safety, quality and regulatory standards. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to safe, compliant and efficient project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Apply passive fire protection systems, including intumescent coatings, in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
· Ensure all work complies with current fire safety regulations, industry standards and manufacturer requirements.
· Prepare, organise and maintain materials, tools and equipment required for fireproofing applications.
· Maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment, consistently following all health and safety procedures.
· Conduct quality checks to verify correct application thicknesses, coverage and finish.
· Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
· Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold company standards.
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience in fire protection application, specifically with intumescent coatings.
· A valid Safety Passport (e.g., CSCS, CCNSG, or equivalent).
· A valid Product Applicators Card.
· Strong understanding of fire safety principles and passive fire protection systems.
· Excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Full UK driving licence
