We are currently recruiting for a Minor Works Coordinator based in Chudleigh, supporting the delivery of minor works projects and associated administrative duties across the region.
This is a fast-paced coordination role supporting our Contract Managers in delivering multiple minor works projects safely, efficiently and profitably, while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Contracts Manager in meeting key performance indicators across client accounts
- Handle calls from customers and clients relating to job queries, delivering a high standard of customer service and managing escalations where required
- Respond to customer and client enquiries and new job requests via email
- Accurately record job requirements and priorities on in-house systems and client portals
- Book, schedule, and coordinate appointments, ensuring client requirements and operational constraints are met with minimal disruption
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Liaise with internal departments, operatives, and subcontractors to obtain job updates
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely client invoices
- Approve operative timesheets and subcontractor invoices
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations (supported by our in-house H&S team)
- Use company IT systems to manage documentation, reporting and communication
- Assist in the CM’s monthly invoicing, ensuring works are measured correctly and completed in a timely fashion.

Who We’re Looking For
- An experienced Administrator with previous experience in the construction and/or social housing sector
- Professional, customer-focused and solution-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations (SMSTS desirable but not essential)
- SOR knowledge (preferred)
- Strong IT experience and proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Trade background desirable but not essential
- Proactive approach with excellent time management skills
- Be self-motivated and strive to build the department, in all aspects. Be able to wok alone and as part of a team.
We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in construction administration and project coordination to support the successful delivery of our projects.
A DBS check will be required upon appointment.
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
