Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food consistently

Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect current food trends and local produce

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

Control kitchen costs, stock, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulations

Collaborate with senior management on concept development and guest experience
About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel

Strong leadership and team development skills
