Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Complex Needs Support Worker.
This is a bespoke support package for a single adult individual within their own home.
Support is required with all aspects of personal care to include feeding, via peg and orally, companionship, stimulation, intense interaction, some simple physio therapy and any other duty as required.
The ideal candidate will possess empathy, compassion and be committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those they support.
Day shifts are 10/12 hrs long
Nights shifts are 13/14 hours long (to include a sleeping 4 hours)
Partime or full time hours are available.

Intense interaction

Accurate record keeping.
All above to be delivered in a team of 3/4 carers providing 24/7 care on rota.
Physical and emotional well-being must be prioritised at all times.

- Maintain accurate records of support provided, progress notes, and any incidents in accordance with requirements.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and family to ensure consistent approach.
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines and safeguarding protocols.
- Requirements
- Prior experience working with individuals with complex needs is highly desirable but not essential as full bespoke training given.
- Valid driving licence and the ability to drive safely to place of work.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in supporting a vulnerable individual.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations within the role.

Pay: £135.00-£194.80 per day
